Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of Blazrr. By creating an account, you acknowledge having read and accepted them.

Blazrr is available in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain. Belgian law governs the service without excluding mandatory rights in your country of residence.

• Be 18 years or older.
• Provide a valid and accurate email address.
• Not create an account for another person.
• Only one active account per person.

• Identity theft, fake profile, another person's photo.
• Harassment, insults, blackmail, incitement to hatred.
• Sharing images of someone without their consent, including a screenshot.
• Content involving minors or a person who hasn't consented.
• Commercial solicitation, scams, requests for money or gift cards.
• Attempting to access others' accounts or bypass security rules.
• Proselytizing, selling substances, glorifying violence.

You remain the owner of what you publish. You grant Blazrr only the right needed to display it to authorized members, nowhere else. You warrant that you hold the rights and consents needed for the photos you publish.

• Only upload photos and videos you have rights to and which show consenting adults only.
• Media may be reviewed before or after publication. Rejected or reported content may become inaccessible, including through a direct link.
• Generated reply ideas are optional. You remain responsible for reviewing them and for the message you ultimately send.

• An access key to your private album is granted and revoked whenever you want, member by member.
• Receiving a key does not authorize saving, redistributing or republishing the photos received elsewhere.
• Photos go through moderation: a reported photo stops being visible, even via a direct link.

A suspension may last from 1 to 365 days. A ban may block the account and previously linked installations to prevent circumvention. The measure, reason and duration appear on the sanction page.

You can submit a full appeal from that page, including an explanation, context, commitment, contact address and up to three evidence links. Only one open appeal is handled at a time. The team may accept, reject or further review it.

• Explore lets you look at another city. Roam makes you visible elsewhere for a maximum of one hour.
• Using Roam to track someone, pretend to be a local, or bypass a block is forbidden.
• You can opt out of remote search in settings without losing nearby visibility.
• Remote features are automatically disabled in areas where LGBTQ+ people are penalized by law.

Blazrr offers credits, a virtual currency usable only inside the app to activate one-off options: profile boost, super suggestion, incognito mode, gold frame, and more. Sending messages, including priority messages, is free and consumes no credits.

• Credits are sold in packs, at the price shown at purchase time, VAT included. Payment is securely processed by Stripe; Blazrr never sees your bank details.
• Free credits may be granted (sign-up, completed profile, added photos, sharing the app). They work exactly like purchased credits.
• Credits are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another member. They have no value outside the app.
• If your account is deleted, remaining credits are permanently lost. In case of a ban for serious misconduct, they are not refunded.

Blocking someone cuts the link both ways: no more profile, no more photos, no more messages. Creating a new account to bypass a block or sanction is a serious violation.

Reported content is reviewed by the moderation team. Depending on severity, a measure may be taken:

• Warning: a reminder of the rules.
• Suspension: access temporarily cut off.
• Ban: permanent deletion of the account.

Measures are proportionate and can be disputed at moderation@blazrr.be.

A report is made from the "Report" menu on a profile or message. It's kept along with the elements needed for review. An abusive report may be sanctioned.

Blazrr doesn't select members and doesn't guarantee their intentions. Meetings happen at your own responsibility. In case of immediate danger, contact emergency services.

The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. A deleted account is permanently removed after a 30-day withdrawal period.

The terms may be changed. Members are informed in the app before changes take effect. Continuing to use Blazrr means accepting them.
