The Blazrr app is published by the Blazrr team, operator of the site blazrr.app.

The app is hosted by the Lovable platform (Cloudflare), with secure Lovable Cloud services. Data is stored in the European Union by default.

The host is a trusted technical third party: it does not access private messages and has no editorial responsibility.

The app is reserved for adults. Signing up requires confirming you are 18 or older. Access may be suspended at any time in case of breach of the rules described in the terms of use.

Blazrr's interface, name and visuals belong to the operator. Photos, bios and messages remain the property of the members who post them; they only grant its distribution to other members, within the scope they choose.

Blazrr connects people. It does not verify members' identity and cannot guarantee the accuracy of published information. Each member remains responsible for the content they post and the meetings they arrange.

Illegal or problematic content can be reported directly from the app ("Report" menu on a profile or message). Reports are handled by the moderation team.

Blazrr is offered to adults living in or visiting Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain. The service is operated from Belgium. Mandatory consumer and data protection rules in your country of residence continue to apply where they are more favourable to you.

Blazrr is operated from Belgium and this notice is governed by Belgian law, without depriving members residing in another EU country of the protections of their local law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any legal action.
